Maryland Contract Awarded
Graymar was awarded a 5-year contract with the Maryland State Department of Budget and Finance to begin October 1, 2007. The contract is for Information Technology Hardware and Associated Equipment & Services.
The Maryland State Department of Budget and Finance issued a formal request for pricing to be submitted April, 17, 2007. Vendors submitting proposals were allowed to submit pricing for up to 5 areas:
Graymar successfully submitted pricing for all five areas and the State of Maryland accepted. In addition Graymar included 82 vendor authorization letters stating that Graymar is authorized to sell service and train all products. As the state continues to transform the business practices of all departments and agencies, Graymar is excited to be a part of a great challenge.

- Functional Area I -- Microcomputers, Personal Computers, Servers and Associated Peripherals.
- Functional Area II -- Printers and Associated Peripherals.
- Functional Area III -- Network Communications Equipment.
- Functional Area IV -- Installation and Training Services.
- Functional Area V -- Manufacturer's Extended Warranty.
