Full Service Agreement

Complete Parts & Labor, On-Site and/or Carry-In Service prepaid to establish your Printer Service budget. Agreement pricing is dependent upon volume and hardware mix. Preventative maintenance is provided to keep you up and running. Equipment Condition Analysis is provided on all equipment under coverage.

  • Payment: Monthly, Quarterly or Annually

Time & Materials Service Agreement

Service is provided on an on-call basis and billed to a purchase order with pre-established, approved pricing.

  • Service Availability: 8:30AM-5:00PM business days
  • Warranty: 90 Days Parts & Labor
  • Payment: Net 30 Days

Time & Materials On-Site or Carry-In Service

Call us to come On-Site, bring your printer in-shop, or have us pick-it up. You will be billed only for the time spent on your equipment and the parts we use. Service is provided on an on-call basis and billed to a purchase order with pre-established, approved pricing.

Preventative Maintenance Service

Customers who wish to commit to a prepaid block of service hours are automatically elevated to Contract Priority Status and are eligible for the following services.
